Facial Plastic Surgery Procedures

Dr. Banthia operates on the face and neck only, and performs every procedure below himself. They are grouped here the way the face is actually assessed at a consultation — by region, and by what a patient came in wanting to change.

FACE & NECK

The jaw and neck, fitted to the face.

Lifting operations restore definition under the chin and along the jawline. How natural the outcome reads depends on how closely the plan follows the anatomy it is being done on, which is why Dr. Banthia works each one out at the consultation rather than to a standard technique.

NOSE

Appearance and airway, assessed together.

The nose sets facial proportion and carries the airway, so Dr. Banthia examines how it looks and how it works in the same consultation. That covers primary, revision, and ethnicity-specific rhinoplasty, along with balloon sinuplasty for patients whose complaint is breathing.

EYES & BROW

A more open eye, not a different one.

Heavy upper lids and a descending brow change how rested a face looks long before anything else does. Eyelid surgery and brow lift are small-field operations where a millimetre is visible, so the measurements taken at consultation are what the plan is built on.

EARS, LIPS & CHIN

Proportion, in the smaller features.

Some features sit slightly out of balance with the rest of the face — ears that project, a chin that reads short in profile, an upper lip that has lengthened with age. Each is a defined operation with a modest recovery, and each is planned against the whole face.

SKIN

Scars, keloids, and moles, treated surgically.

No technique erases a scar. What surgical revision can do is change its direction, its width, and how light falls across it, so it draws less of the eye. Dr. Banthia treats keloids, previous surgical and injury scars, and moles removed with the final appearance planned from the start.
